Project Management Tool for PGS Group
A central Power Apps solution that brings projects, tasks and follow-up together in one clear workspace.
Problem
Project information and follow-up were spread across several locations. This made it time-consuming to find the latest status and track outstanding actions.
Approach
I first mapped the workflow and user needs. I then built a central application in Power Apps, supported by Power Automate for recurring processes and notifications.
Result
The solution combines project tracking in one clear workspace. Specific results and screenshots will be added when they can be shared with permission.
What I learned
An internal tool works best when it reflects the language and habits of its users. Technical decisions and ease of use therefore need to be considered together from the start.
